Payne Arts Consultancy & PR Jon Payne is an accomplished musician with over fifteen years of experience as a choral conductor, animateur, composer and organist. In addition, he is an experienced project and events manager, having worked with organisations as diverse as the Aldeburgh Festival, Throckmorton Literary Festival and Birmingham's Youth Music Action Zone. As a consultant, Jon specialises in project management, organisational development, strategic planning and monitoring/evaluation in all areas of the arts and cultural sector. His first-hand experience - working at the 'sharp end' of arts and culture projects - informs his ability to assist organisations and individuals in pursuing both best practice and value for money in the delivery of their strategic aims and objectives. |
